BBQ with friends at home

On the birthday of our country in 2011 we had a bit of a get together with a bunch of friends of ours. BBQ, fun & games and and good conversation was the order of the day followed by fireworks after the sun went down.

Everyone knows the funnest way to prepare for a 4th of July party is LOTS and LOTS of ballons!

We had some VERY large fireworks this year including a 12 shot 4" barrelled canon which was quite the show!!! VERY HIGH and big explosions, like a city would have - surprised us all and made the day even better as it came to an end.
